(1) Vendor needs to provide chronic disease prevention and health promotion division website editor service using WordPress content management system. – To procure a website editing service, based in Hawaii and exclusive to local vendors, in which a website editor will be tasked with general website updates to keep the agency website current for two (2) calendar years. – These website services may range from light edits requiring the revision of short sentences, changing hyperlinks or online images, uploading files, and creating a new web page, to more advanced tasks such as modifying WordPress themes.– Creation of a new sub–page on the existing agency website to serve as an agency Professional Standards Information page.– Minor edits to program pages (e.g., changing hyperlinks, uploading digital images, uploading Adobe PDF files, minor text edits, replacement/swapping of existing files, formatting, and other routine changes).– Major edits to program pages (e.g., overhaul, deletion, or creation of entire program pages and development of new content). – Special project assistance on program pages (e.g., changing web page themes, changes to web navigation, unique development or integration of special applications, interactive elements, or software plug–ins for the website). – Compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, updating or retrofitting existing non–compliant agency web content with compliant revised content. – Training and technical support by assisting and advising program staff in matters of familiarization with website coding practices, formatting techniques, and other technical assistance.
