EXTRA-74029 - USA (North Carolina) - Gave Birth Program Implementation Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide gave birth program implementation services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• Oversee implementation of the gave birth program workflow across all participating facilities, first responders, and community partners.• Support birthing facilities and community organizations to coordinate patient identification, enrolment and structured postpartum follow–up contacts at program–specified intervals.• Establish a regional perinatal working group that convenes quarterly to review progress, resolve implementation barriers, and share promising practices.• Ensure program delivery accommodates participant circumstances and language access needs.• Facilitate regional stakeholder convenings to share program implementation experience and gather input from facilities, providers, tribes, and community–based organizations serving pregnant and postpartum populations. • Ensure targeted outreach to communities and organizations serving populations experiencing disparate maternal health outcomes.• Develop and deliver comprehensive training to facility, first responders, and community partner staff on program purpose, patient identification, enrolment procedures, postpartum education, follow–up protocols, warning signs, and referral pathways.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 06, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
