(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development consultants services.– Documents and assesses research, innovation and workforce development assets.– Provides recommendations to strengthen contributions to the region’s innovation capacity through the development of public–private partnerships, mixed–use R&D and workforce development facilities and other innovation–focused programs and initiatives designed to support economic growth.– Analyzes input provided by a diverse group of stakeholders.– Assesses the feasibility of creating public–private partnership to invest in the development of innovation–focused built–infrastructure assets.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
