(1) Vendor needs to provide learning management system.– Maintain personal lesson plans, update presentations (e.g., PowerPoint etc.) as needed, and use various instructional methods as appropriate. Materials should be stored on government accessible platforms for review.– Grade coursework, respond to student inquiries, and provide remediation as required. Serving as the primary reviewer, the contractor will provide feedback on student progress across all interactive course activities, including discussions, assessments, and exercises– At the completion of each course, or when requested, provide Student Services with a roster of students who have completed all graduation requirements– Provide government with any requested data and complete end–of–course reporting as required.– Review course surveys when provided for instructional–related feedback and adjust as necessary in coordination with the Government– Provide real–time assistance to students via approved communication platforms.– Monitor student communications and ensure questions are promptly addressed.– Post Government or instructor–approved materials and links as directed.– Assist in managing the virtual classroom to minimize disruptions.
