(1) Vendor needs to provide flood water diversion system rehabilitation engineering services to the government authority located in Madison, CT. – Prepare engineering plans and specifications for rehabilitation of the river flood water diversion system and to provide engineering oversight during construction activities. • Site assessment: Perform a site visit to evaluate the dam, diversion channel, and associated structures.– Surveying, mapping, and measuring trees to be removed within the easement.– Identifying and documenting trees greater than 4 inches DBH.– Showing tree locations on plans.• Engineering plans and specifications: Prepare engineering plans, details, and specifications addressing required maintenance work.• Environmental permitting.(2) Pre–bid site meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
