(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Bigfork, MT.– Maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat and professional appearance at the Main Office and the Wellness Room. – Work to be done includes emptying of wastebaskets, maintaining clean floors, maintaining dust free surfaces, cleaning/disinfecting bathroom surfaces and drinking fountains, resupplying bathroom supplies, removing cobwebs and maintaining clean wall surfaces and windows.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
