ITES-11286 - USA (Sandpoint, Idaho) - SCADA and Operational Technology Support Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA and operational technology support services to the government authority located in Sandpoint, ID.– Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control System (ICS), and related Technical and Cybersecurity Support for the City’s water and wastewater utility systems.– Services are expected to include maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, integration, system improvements, cybersecurity support, documentation, staff support, and other related services requested by the City.• Cybersecurity and IT/OT Coordination: – This may include network segmentation, OT firewall configuration, account management, remote and vendor access, logging, vulnerability identification and mitigation, software and firmware management, backup protection, and support for incident response and recovery planning.– The City recognizes that IT and OT systems share certain technologies but have different operational requirements. The service provider(s) will assist the City in establishing clear responsibilities for networking, cybersecurity, remote access, user accounts, servers, backups, monitoring, and other shared system.• Backup, Recovery and Change Management: – The service provider(s) will also assist the City in establishing and maintaining a practical change management process. Material changes to control systems should be documented and, where appropriate, include authorization, backups of existing configurations, identification of the change made, testing, and updated system documentation• Remote AccessThe service provider(s) will evaluate and support secure remote access for City staff, the selected service provider, equipment vendors, and other authorized parties(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
