The City of Lake City is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) for Design Build Firms for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time . These submittals will be in two parts. The SOQ's will be evaluated based on the Evaluation Criteria herein. Once the Evaluation Committee has scored and shortlisted the submittals and posted the three top ranked teams the price proposal will be open etc.
