(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant service. • Agency seeking a strategic consultant to ensure the agency has a robust plan that can be used by the community, and the board to provide a roadmap for how agency may best utilize its resources as it enters this period of growth, rehabilitation, development, and transformation, in accordance with its mission, its stakeholders’ vision, and our community’s needs.• Draft a strategy execution plan that suggests practices that would be helpful in seeing the strategy to fulfillment• Draft a strategic plan document that serves as a useful roadmap for commissioners in decision–making and the future allocation of resources.• Revisit the mission and vision to ensure these statements are a source of inspiration and guidance for our commissioners and as well as assist with the creation of values, pillars or guiding principles to serve as a framework for decision making.• Complete a SWOT analysis (or similar process) to assess both the internal and external environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 7, 2026.
