(1) Vendor needs to provide bathroom renovations services to the government authority located in St. Pete Beach, FL.– Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to renovate an existing public restroom facility.– Compliant restroom layouts.– Required clear floor spaces and manoeuvring clearances.– Accessible toilet compartments and fixtures.– Accessible lavatories and mounting heights.– Accessible door hardware and opening clearances.– Demolition and interior renovation:– Removal of existing toilets, sinks, partitions, and accessories.– Removal of existing flooring and wall finishes as required.– Repair or replacement of damaged wall, floor, and ceiling substrates.– Repair or replacement of deteriorated plumbing and electrical systems as necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
