Annual Supply of Pebble Lime

A firm priced annual service to furnish and deliver (F.O.B. delivered with full freight allowed) on a continuous basis, the required pebble lime (NSF60 approved), suitable for use in the T. B. Williams and C. W. Combee Water Treatment Plants. The projected annual quantity required is estimated to be One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty (1,950) tons. This annual estimated quantity is for bidding purposes only and is only an approximation based on prior usage and anticipated needs. This is not a guaranteed purchase quantity. The bids submitted and the purchase order, if placed, shall be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this invitation to bid, the City of Lakeland Specifications C.O.L.-ASOPL-23 and all codes, requirements and regulations referenced therein.
