(1) Vendor needs to provide AI simulation exercise and AI pilot tools.– Generate actionable feedback that informs AI tool evaluation, localization, adaptation, and responsible deployment in election–related programming.– Develop AI tool testing, localization, and simulation methodology.– Develop a comprehensive testing and simulation methodology to guide the evaluation, localization, and pilot preparation of AI tools selected for election observation and assessment activities.– Assess the usability, accessibility, security, reliability, and suitability of selected AI tools for election observation and assessment contexts.– Scenario–based election observation and assessment exercises.– Testing AI–supported data analysis, monitoring, or reporting workflows.– Facilitate AI tool simulation and user testing activities.– Collect, organize, and synthesize user feedback and observations.– Facilitate and implement virtual AI tool simulation exercises and user–testing sessions with selected participants, civil society organizations, election practitioners, and, as appropriate, participating AI tool developers.– Support AI tool pilot implementation.– Support participating organizations in integrating selected AI tools into election related workflows.– Provide recommendations for scaling, refining, or discontinuing tested solutions based on observed results and participant feedback.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
