(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise communication tool. – Provide Enterprise Communication Tool for a comprehensive e–mail marketing and communications platform to support campus–wide outreach efforts.• Data ingestion from multiple authoritative systems (e.g., MARS, SAS–generated datasets, and external stakeholder files).• Concurrent ingestion and centralized management of multiple data sources.• AI–enabled capabilities (e.g., content recommendations, segmentation insights, or automation).• Integration with Student Information Systems (SIS) and Human Resources (HR) platforms.• Integration with Slate CRM and related systems (where applicable).• Integration with email delivery platforms and messaging systems.• Ability to handle peak communication periods without performance degradation.• File–based ingestion with extensibility to API–based integrations.• Secure storage and management of communication data, lists, and attributes.• 24/7 support for critical incidents.• After–hours support and escalation procedures for urgent issues.• Automated synchronization of data between integrated systems.• Rule–based and scheduled automation of list creation and updates.• Support for ingestion and processing of datasets with complex attributes.• Data validation and consistency controls across refresh cycles.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 17, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
