FOOD-11010 - USA (Leonardtown, Maryland) - Jail Food Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide jail food services to the government authority located in Leonardtown, MD.– Complete on–site management of food service operation and facilities.– Administrative, professional, and technical supervisory support.– Periodic revision of twenty–eight (28) day cycle menus as planned and certified by professional registered dietitians and approved.– Food purchase, on–site preparation, and services. Food purchases include, but are not limited to, meat, poultry, fish, fresh fruit, vegetables, canned goods, milk, bread, condiments, margarine, jelly, seasonings, paper products, and plastic utensils for eating to be served with meals as needed.– Replacement, at the same or equal quality, for the loss and breakage of the initial inventory of dishes, cups, trays, and small kitchen utensils furnished.– Laundry, paper, plastic, aluminium, detergents, cleaning supplies, chemicals, and office supplies.– All insurance coverage, licenses, and permits required for operation.– The Contractor shall select, purchase, and prepare food in accordance with the approved menu.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
