(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology nonprofessional consulting support services to the government authority located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. – Consultant will assist in providing technological strategic planning and oversight of the city’s information technology (IT) program.– Cyber Security provide comprehensive cybersecurity monitoring and incident response services to assist the City in identifying, investigating, and responding to security threats and incidents.– Strategic planning and oversight the consultant shall assist the city with strategic oversight and master planning of the City’s IT program– Assess current and emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support City operations and strategic goals.– Recommend IT policies, procedures, standards, hardware, software, and technology upgrades.provide onsite support as stated in all sections of the scope of work, which will include full management of servers, desktops, network troubleshooting, equipment deployment, wide area network design and maintenance, support of third–party software and other routine IT support during regular onsite support hours.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
