(1) Vendor needs to provide corridor safety improvements service to the government authority located in Bellmead, TX.• The scope includes: Project management and agency coordination; existing–condition assessments and authorized surveys and investigations; traffic and crash analysis; safety alternatives evaluation; environmental–review support; accessible public engagement; and preliminary engineering, including plans, cost estimates, and performance measures. – Final plans, specifications, and estimates; permitting; authorized right–of–way and utility–relocation support; and bidding and award assistance.• Potential improvements include access management, medians, sidewalks, crossings, transit accommodations, lighting, signs, pavement markings, and other grant–approved corridor safety measures.• Only the pre–environmental–clearance base phase is currently funded and authorized for advancement.(2) RFP/RFI/Bid document has not been included.
