EDUCATION-18156 - USA (Norwalk, Connecticut) - Promotional Examination Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional examination services to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.• If necessary, the city will participate in video or teleconference meetings with the contractor during the development of the test materials and process to answer questions and periodically review progress.• The contractor shall ensure that each question on the written examination, as well as the balance and totality of the questions and exercises, shall be wholly without cultural, racial, or sexual bias, and shall be entirely neutral with respect to race, color, sex, national origin, and religion.• The contractor will provide the city with a written set of administrative procedures including but not limited to proctoring, scoring, statistical analysis of the examination questions and booklets, and assessment center exercises including general methodology utilized in the examination development.• The orientation sessions for the written exams will be held on the day of the exam just prior to the exam being administered.• The written exam orientation session is a fairly brief outline of the instructions for taking the test, and a summary of the process which will follow the test.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
