(1) Vendor needs to provide housing rehabilitation cost estimator services to the government authority located in Plainfield, NJ.• Agency is seeking a cost estimator to prepare work write–ups, attend virtual preconstruction meetings, and conduct initial, interim & final inspections for approximately seven (7) moderate residential rehabilitation projects• The Cost Estimator must possess knowledge of the following:a) residential building materials,b) understand requirements for residential construction projects,c) engage with up–to–date building methodologies,d) track fluctuations in market prices and regulatory standards, ande) be able to determine the financial feasibility and competitiveness of residential rehabilitation projects.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
