(1) Vendor needs to provide incarcerated behavioral treatment service to the government authority located in Kingman, AZ. – Provide behavioral healthcare services to address behavioral health, substance use, and recovery support needs of incarcerated individuals.– Services will be delivered by clinicians, case managers, and behavioral health support staff and operate under clinical supervision and standardized protocols to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance.– Behavioral health service providers will provide behavioral healthcare services to address behavioral health, substance use, and recovery support– Behavioral health screening.– Assessments and treatment plan.– Behavioral health counselling.– Case management.– Skills training.– Peer support services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026.
