ACCT-26601 - USA (Cincinnati, Ohio) - Municipal Advisory Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisory services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.– Provide municipal advisory services in including but not limited to General Obligation, Economic Development (including tax increment, special assessment), Water Works Revenue, and Stormwater Utility bonds and notes (refunding obligations may be issued if determined to be economically feasible) and other financings to be determined by the City.– Other tasks include, but not limited to rating agency and council presentations, debt capacity forecasting, and capital project financial analysis with regard to debt financing.– Monitor and evaluate potential refunding opportunities and alternative financing structures. – Assist in preparing and evaluating financing structures, financial analysis, and financing strategies, including but not limited to revenue projections, cash flow analysis, capital plans, sensitivity analysis, risk modelling, benchmarking analysis, and cost benefit analysis. – Provide and maintain a forecasting debt tool, such as a debt capacity model, that incorporates revenue sources, debt and expense forecasts needed to document continued compliance with Debt Policy or other applicable guidelines, in a format that is able to be updated by both the Offeror and the City. – Advise on overall debt and financial management including a review of any proposals, refunding, financing ideas and provide the City summaries of analysis and preliminary recommendations as requested.
