KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and Compliance Plus

General work description: The County wishes to purchase KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and KnowBe4 Compliance Plus subscription licenses including but not limited to the quantities listed in the Pricing Table. The County reserves the right not to award from this solicitation. All questions must be asked via OpenGov, all answers will be shared with all prospective bidders. Additional subscription licenses may be ordered at a later date with the pricing from this RFB as the basis. All questions must be submitted via OpenGov no later than 5:00 PM (PST) on 8/30/2024. Do not wait until the deadline to submit your questions. Failure to request clarification of any inadequacy, omission, or conflict will not relieve the bidder of any responsibilities under this solicitation or any subsequent contract. It is the responsibility of the interested bidder to assure that he/she received responses to questions if any are issued. Only written answers posted via OpenGov will be binding. NO pre-bid conference scheduled for this solicitation. Bidders must submit their inquiries and questions via OpenGov.
