(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster overseas transportation support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Transportation services such as maritime, and ground transportation.– In addition, cross–docking, warehousing services, essential equipment, and all necessary labor to fulfill such transportation services.– Drayage services and a robust cross docking operations.– Catch yards and warehouse storage.– Asset tracking and management from time of possession to time of delivery at destination.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
