(1) Vendor needs to provide travel survey service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – Assist in conducting a survey, which collects demographic and travel information from a randomly selected representative sample of households in the agency region and other select areas of the state. – Project management and work plan– Sampling and recruitment plan development– Develop outreach approach– Conduct and evaluate pretest results– Refine survey methods, materials, and procedures for the main survey– Survey implementation and data monitoring– Perform data weighting and expansion– Prepare final survey report and technical documentation
