(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting services.• The managed services provider shall provide the necessary resources to host and maintain the agency websites for routine and emergency operations• This shall include all resources to easily and rapidly increase the number of website instances to meet demand during natural or man–made disasters.• The architecture of the site will contain a Content Management Server (CMS) instance for site changes• The CMS server will replicate changes to public facing servers• Two load balanced server instances will be considered normal under routine operations for a total of three servers• The websites and all related infrastructure and platform components Shall be hosted in an agency authorized environment owned, managed, and maintained by the contractor, with a minimum of a Moderate JAB authorization for IaaS and PaaS• The managed services provider shall have a Disaster Recovery Plan, Contingency Plan, and Incident Response Plan available for inspection by agency upon request• Managed services provider shall provide 24X7X365 support and the appropriate support. – Support shall be available via phone and a support portal.• Connectivity to the internet shall be a minimum of a 10 Gbps redundant connection• The agency websites shall be protected by a firewall and a malware protection system that includes anti–malware, anti–virus, and intrusion detection and have the capability to react to and mitigate any real or perceived threats– Unlimited bandwidth/traffic, both inbound and outbound(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026
