(1) Vendor needs to provide security risk assessment and management software.– Provide security risk assessment and management software to better serve county and associated entities’ needs and to gain a better understanding of the marketplace, vendors, solution functionality, pricing structures, and software cost. – Project include software, implementation, and maintenance and support.– Mitigate adopting services without vendor security risk assessments and approval.– Manage and track inherent risk of a vendor based on the type of data they touch (i.e. PII, HIPAA) and their criticality to business operations.– Solution must include functionality to support the third–party risk management program and its major components:• Business goals.• Lifecycle and workflow.• User role and use cases.• Vendor inventory.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
