(1) Vendor needs to provide spectrum service to the government authority located in Hilo, HI.– Service provider shall support both data and future real time applications on a fully meshed network that is capable of providing quality of services and any–to–any connectivity between locations.– Minimum of four techs on call 24/7 that can be dispatched to sites within 1 – 2 hours.– Service provider is to provide a switch or router at each location and will hand off to the via ethernet connections.– Service provider shall support both data and future real time applications on a fully meshed network that is capable of providing quality of services and any–to any connectivity between locations.– Service provider is responsible for design, installation and maintenance which include repairs, servicing and troubleshooting as well as provide all hardware and software equipment and upgrades. – Router or edge device provided as part of the solution at no additional cost.– Router or edge device maintained by provider as part of the solution at no Additional cost.– Provide internet connectivity from office plaza.– 500mbps minimum synchronous, fiber internet(2) The contract period will be for one year.
