(1) Vendor needs to provide high–performance fireworks entertainment and drone show service.– Agency is seeking highly qualified production company/professional firm to produce a spectacular Annual 4th of July Firework Display for the community for the years of 2027–2031.– Creative Content: The agency welcomes creative concepts for incorporating Prescott–specific imagery, patriotic themes, community imagery, event branding, or other appropriate visual elements.– The selected firm will be responsible for designing, setting up, and executing the fireworks display.• Development of a complete fireworks show design and production plan.• Professional choreography and sequencing of the display.• A high–quality selection of fireworks appropriate for a municipal community event.• Multiple firing positions or launch locations where appropriate and approved.• Professionally trained and licensed pyrotechnicians.• Electronic firing and computerized show control systems.• Coordination of fireworks timing with music, if applicable.• Transportation and secure storage of fireworks.– Proposers should provide a creative concept for the show that demonstrates:• Variety in effects, height, color, duration, and pacing.• Strong opening and finale sequences.• Appropriate use of aerial shells, comets, mines, barrages, and other effects.• A visually balanced show throughout the performance.• A distinctive and memorable finale.• Consideration of viewing areas and audience sightlines.– Drone Show Requirements:• Number of drones proposed.• Show duration, between 10 and 12 minutes.• Proposed animation and programming capabilities.• Three–dimensional formations and imagery.• Color and lighting capabilities.• Music synchronization capabilities.• Launch and recovery requirements.• Required airspace and operational area.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
