EXTRA-74063 - USA (Massachusetts) - Net Zero Implementation and Renewable Energy Advisory Support Service - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide net zero implementation and renewable energy advisory support service to the government authority located in Massachusetts. – Consultant shall support implementation of agency’s Net Zero initiatives through ongoing greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory management, implementation tracking, forecasting, decision support, and day–to–day delivery assistance designed to move projects from planning into execution.– Renewable Energy Procurement & Decarbonization Strategy Support– Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Support• Assist with the development of internal and external communication materials regarding sustainability initiatives, renewable energy procurement efforts, decarbonization strategies, greenhouse gas emissions and Net Zero implementation progress.• Support development of renewable energy and environmental attribute portfolio strategies, including Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), carbon offsets and other environmental attributes in coordination with A&F, Legal, and other relevant departments.• Evaluate, configure and help operationalize appropriate tools, software platforms, dashboards and internal systems for emissions inventory management, project tracking, implementation oversight and leadership reporting, including assessment of agency’s existing McKinsey Greenwave platform and any successor tool.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
