(1) Vendor needs to provide awards, trophies and promotional items supplies. – Provide an annual contract for awards, trophies and promotional items to support the ceremonial and outreach needs of various agency departments and programs. – Serve as the primary source for procuring a wide range of recognition products and branded promotional merchandise used throughout the agency.• Awards and recognition items:– Engraved plaques constructed of wood, acrylic, glass, crystal, marble, or metal.– Perpetual and rotating award plaques designed to accommodate ongoing recipient nameplates.– Certificate holders, frames, and presentation folders.– Custom–designed awards for special events and dedications.• Trophies:– Individual and team trophies in a range of sizes, styles, and materials.– Athletic and recreational league trophies and rings for youth and adult programs.– Figured, column, and cup–style trophies with customizable bases and toppers.• Medals and ribbons:– Die–cast zinc, iron, or custom alloy medals with custom artwork and enamel color fills.– Neck ribbons in a variety of colors and widths to accompany medals.– Award ribbons in traditional placement designations including first, second, third, and participant categories.• Promotional and marketing items:– Limited Wearables (no apparel) such as bandanas, scarves, lanyards, hats, caps, and visors.– Drinkware such as tumblers, mugs, water bottles, and cups.– Writing instruments, notebooks, folders, and office accessories.– Bags, totes, and backpacks with custom branding.– Technology accessories including charging devices, phone accessories, and drives.– Giveaway items for community events, health fairs, and public outreach.– Seasonal, novelty, and specialty items for department–specific campaigns.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
