(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS support services to the government authority located in New Britain, CT. • Engage a GIS Consulting Firm to provide GIS data collection services and to create ESRI based asset management applications.• Collected data will be used to create mapping, update accuracy of existing geodatabase layers and building apps for specific tasks to track infrastructure and resources for field crews and supervisors.• The consultant will be tasked with creating management and supervisor dashboards to facilitate assignment of daily tasks for the field crews.• Provide permissions for field workers and supervisors to collect and share infrastructure data updates in a timely manner.
