(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call professional services to the government authority located in Eugene, OR.– Financial and Auditing Services: This includes but is not limited to assistance with preparing and reviewing supporting evidence related to fund classification, revenue recognition, expenditure eligibility, compliance requirements.– Architectural Services (small projects): Services may include preliminary planning, feasibility studies, programming, and conceptual design; preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and related technical documents.– Engineering Services: Developing or reviewing plans, project manuals, specifications, calculations, technical submittals, shop drawings, and related deliverables.– Structural Engineer of Record: On–call Structural Services include assisting with grant funding applications, load rating evaluation and mitigation, geotechnical investigations.– Environmental Surveys & Assessments: Studies may include threatened and endangered species, wildlife, wetland, and ecological assessments by appropriately qualified personnel.– Geotechnical Services: Work includes observing earthwork and foundation activities, performing field tests, evaluating subsurface conditions, identifying non conforming work.– Special Inspections: On call special inspection services for complex construction activities requiring certified inspection expertise.– Cultural and Historic Resources Services: Cultural services include desktop reviews, assessments, pedestrian surveys, subsurface testing, archaeological evaluation, mitigation, reporting, and inventories.
