RFP Reference No.: IN-TNSHORE-554481-CS-QCBS Loan No.: IBRD-9860 IN Location and Date: Chennai, 13.08.2026 Dear Mr. /Ms.: The Government of Tamil Nadu (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (the “Bank”) in the form of a loan (hereinafter called loan) toward the cost of Tamil Nadu: Strengthening Coastal Resilience and the Economy Project (TN-SHORE). The Chief Mission Director, Tamil Nadu Coastal Restoration Mission, Chennai , an implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued. The Chief Mission Director, Tamil Nadu Coastal Restoration Mission, Chennai now invites online proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Consultancy Services for Supervision of Development of Biodiversity Conservation Park at Kadambur, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu.
