CONS-22990 - USA (Greer, South Carolina) - Construction Manager at Risk Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Greer, SC.– Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre–construction, construction management and construction services– The CMAR shall demonstrate a willingness and ability towork in a spirit of partnership and maintain a shared focus on successful projectoutcomes rather than adversarial or transactional conduct.– Provide complete pre–construction support and comprehensive oversight of all constructionelements (including incorporation of owner–provided systems, furniture, fixtures or equipment) to deliver a successful Project that meets the District’s cost, schedule, quality and aesthetic objectives.– The CMAR shall review the Project Definition Documents, bridging documents, design documents, phasing assumptions, existing conditions information, project schedules, preliminarybudgets, operational requirements, stakeholder requirements, and other project information made available by the District.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
