CSE-24723 - USA (Crystal Lake, Illinois) - Security System Upgrade Services - Deadline October 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security system upgrade services to the government authority located in Crystal Lake, IL. – Provide complete, vendor professional security systems planning, design, procurement support, and construction ad–ministration services for modernization or replacement of the security systems.– All ser–vices described in this section are required components of the engagement and are not optional future implementation services.– Consultant shall perform a comprehensive assessment of the agency existing video surveillance and video management systems, access control systems, intrusion detection and alarm monitoring systems, associated network, power, communications, and physical infrastructure, system integrations, operational practices, cybersecurity conditions, lifecycle status, maintainability, and other existing conditions affecting system performance, re–liability, and future expansion.– Consultant shall conduct operational and technical requirements analysis with City stake–holders and objectively evaluate viable on–premises, cloud–hosted, and hybrid system solutions.– Based upon this analysis, the Consultant shall develop vendor–neutral recommendations for modernization or replacement, including a documented business case, implementation roadmap, probable capital and operating cost information, lifecycle considerations, and recommendations addressing interoperability, cybersecurity, resiliency, scalability, administration, monitoring, and long–term support.– Consultant shall prepare complete, coordinated construction documents suitable for per–mitting, competitive bidding, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
