(1) Vendor needs to provide specialized transportation services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.• Pickup locations may include residences, shelters, foster placements, hotels, temporary housing, and other agency –authorized locations. • Transportation services may cross county lines as necessary to serve eligible students.• Transportation will generally be provided using regular passenger vehicles, including sedans and small SUVs, suitable for transporting individual students.• Transportation schedules will vary according to student placement, school or program location, program schedule, and the distance between the student's pickup and destination.• Urgent or newly requested transportation should be accommodated as soon as reasonably possible, with a target of providing service within forty–eight (48) hours when feasible and authorized by the agency• Estimated Student Participants– Approximately 20–35 students annually– Student Age Range– Approximately 10–19 years old– Arrangement– Individual student transportation; single rider– Anticipated Vehicle Types– Regular passenger vehicles, including sedans and small SUVs(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
