(1) Vendor needs to provide affordable housing development services to the government authority located in Santa Ana, CA.– Be an independent developer capable of providing experienced, knowledgeable and professional staff.– Be responsive and maintain excellent working relationships with city residents, businesses, government officials and city staff.– Provide adequate staffing levels at all times and adhere to established schedules.– Assume responsibility for all aspects of the development, and for ensuring that the project is developed and operated in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.– Shall ensure that the project is developed and operated in accordance with the city laws, regulations, and planning and development process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
