(1) Vendor needs to provide co–op program design grants service to the government authority located in Everett, MA.– Institutional Commitment & Prior Experience: Commitment to career–connected and/or work–based learning is strong and clear; prior co–op experience is substantial– Motivation for Co–op Pilot: Rationale for motivation to participate is clear and compelling; goals are specific– Academic Department Willingness: Leadership from multiple departments demonstrate strong support for participation– Employer Demand: Multiple employers demonstrate strong interest in participation; partnerships with relevant employers are strong and evident– Student Interest & Barriers Assessment: Student interest is strong and evident; identification of barriers to overcome demonstrates clear understanding(2) The contract period will be for one year.
