(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–k community–based education services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Providing high–quality, inclusive, and culturally responsive early education to all children whether their families choose to send them to classrooms in family child care, or community–based provider organizations.– To this end, we seek committed and flexible partners to assist in the development and implementation.– Effective implementation will require time and commitment from all levels of partner organizations, including the families, teaching staff, boards of directors, and financial and operational staff.– Community–based provider organizations: center–based providers and independent schools.– Providers will be required to serve eligible students for 6.5 hours per day, 180 days per year, while utilizing.– providers are required to make a time commitment to program quality enhancements including curriculum support, coaching and professional development (PD), family engagement and comprehensive services, enrolment, program monitoring and fiscal reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026.
