(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology services to the government authority located in Lyndonville, VT. – Provide IT Services to manage and enhance IT infrastructure and hardware, email systems, remote servers, cybersecurity, cloud storage, and AI tools.– Providing high–quality, reliable, and secure IT services that support our mission to efficiently manage and offer essential public transportation services.– AI tools assist with the utilization and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) tools as they relate to the operation and security of the IT system, infrastructure, and software.– Reporting Provide a monthly report detailing IT system performance, security status, and any incidents or issues.– Cloud Storage Management Administration of cloud storage solutions ensuring data integrity and accessibility.– Cybersecurity Implementation and management of security protocols. – Email System Management Maintain the email system and server infrastructure, including spam and malware filtering, email archiving solutions and email account maintenance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
