(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design services to the government authority located in Roswell, GA. – To provide, either with its own forces or through a sub–consultant team member, comprehensive services necessary to fulfill all preliminary engineering services which may arise during the project cycle.– A feasibility study that addresses an important gap in the City’s trail system.– Conduct a technical study of constructing a new 0.25 mile segment of ADA–accessible, agency–compliant multi–use path that safely connects trails on City property.– Analyze potential upgrades to existing trails on City property to be ADA–compliant and accommodate bicycle and pedestrian use.– Analyze potential engineering solutions to prevent bicycle use on City trails from spilling over to the agency pedestrian–only trails.– Preliminary hydraulic analysis of two proposed bicycle and pedestrian bridges.– Consider property controls and adjacent land use coordination, public outreach, a natural resources inventory/potential impacts, recommendations for trail signage and ancillary improvements, and public utility coordination with County.– Determine the necessary engineering, coordination with National Park Service and other partners, and project development costs for the proposed trail connection.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
