ACCT-26312 - USA (Nebraska) - Electric Utility Enforcement and Compliance Audit Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electric utility enforcement and compliance audit services to the government authority located in Nebraska– Conduct a comprehensive third–party audit of its existing regulatory compliance framework– Conduct a comprehensive, independent compliance audit of the City’s wholesale power market operations, energy trading/marketing, and regulatory compliance practices– Develop a formal, customized FERC, SPP, NERC, EPA and any other regulatory agencies applicable to the City’s operations, Compliance Program and internal controls manual including job descriptions for any new positions required of the City pursuant to the developed Compliance Program.– Create an Implementation step–by–step timeline for implementing all recommended changes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
