Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide russian advocacy services to the government authority located in Madison, WI.                                – The Supplier will provide advocacy services to Russian Immigrants and Russian Immigrant families by assisting in navigating agency programs such as: Medicaid and Child Care benefits.– These advocacy services will also include counseling of clients, working with agency to provide individualized case management to determine client eligibility, hosting clients using various techniques, and facilitating communication between Vendor’s staff.• To understand and complete the application processes and requirements to qualify for program eligibility, • To maintain eligibility, understand, and aid in reporting requirements when a notice from the agency Worker Web is received by a client, who receives Income Maintenance benefits, regarding but not limited to case updates, case resolutions. For example: earned income and changes, rent/mortgage payments and changes, household utility payments and changes, household composition and changes, self–employed income and changes, child support payments and changes, SSI payments and changes. • To submit documentation of verification by due dates • To meet recertification deadlines for continued uninterrupted receipt agency benefits (2) The contract period will be three years.
