(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Beaverton, OR.– Provide engage strategic consulting and brokerage services to assist in its development solicitation process, marketing, and potentially developer review and selection this winter or spring, to achieve national developer marketing outreach and ensure a strong pool of potential developers responds.– Successful firm will be an experienced consulting and brokerage firm with a national reach, actively marketing and assisting in securing qualified developers to enter into a public–private partnership for the development of the sites, seeking to enter an exclusive negotiation agreement with, culminating in a disposition and development agreement and sale of the property.– Recommendations included creating flexible office spaces, improving access and connectivity, including new roads, and attracting office tenants among this mix of uses sought.– Provide: strategic advisory, development consulting, and brokerage services to streamline the development solicitation process and support marketing outreach to national developers.– Services aim to attract a strong pool of potential respondents for the sites—approximately 5.5 acres of key, downtown, transit–oriented redevelopment property.– Provide a customized approach for this transit–oriented, catalytic site.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
