EXTRA-77497 - USA (North Carolina) - Collective Action Framework Implementation Partner Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide collective action framework implementation partner services to the government authority located in North Carolina.– Provide capacity building support for implementation of Years 6–10 of a collective action framework for reducing infant mortality– Support partnerships and community engagement by managing core implementation partnerships and advisory groups.– Design, pilot, and assist with management of implementation of interventions.– Develop Performance Measurement Process: Working with an evaluation partner, establish performance measurement protocols and systems and share accountability for outcomes.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
