(1) Vendor needs to provide coffee and non–alcoholic beverage service for State employees, guests, and the local community to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– Variety of coffee and non–alcoholic beverage options and excellent customer service. Operations could include, but are not limited to: snacks, beverages, grab–and–go food, and online ordering.• Is committed to providing affordable hot beverage options.• Provides “grab–and–go” options along with kiosk/mobile ordering.• Provides professional and hospitable services within a pleasant environment.• Establishes and maintains control over all aspects of Cafe operations.• Works closely with staff to resolve all issues quickly and effectively.• Utilizes the equipment provided.(2) A Mandatory walk–through will be held on August 4, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
