Description
The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida is soliciting Invitation to Bid 'Project ID , 'Project Title to select a qualified Contractor for two separate sidewalk improvement projects. The scope of work entails two separate sidewalk improvement locations and consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform all work. The proposed Seventh Street sidewalk includes approximately 500 LF of sidewalk that will provide improved pedestrian access along the subject road and to the nearby New Smyrna Beach High School. The proposed South Street sidewalk (located near the New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport) includes approximately 5,000 LF of sidewalk that will provide improved pedestrian access along the subject road and the nearby residential area and Rocco Park. The project documents detail sidewalk installations at two project areas and related work. Project documents are provided in the attachments and include two (2) bid set drawing sets (one for each project area) and one (1) Project Specifications applicable to both project areas.
