(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development advisory services.– Provide a range of economic development advisory services.– The selected consultant is expected to perform comprehensive economic development and economic impact analyses services.– Conduct special studies and prepare comprehensive reports such as:– Market and feasibility analyses– Fiscal and economic impact reports– Workforce and employment impact analyses– Plan, organize, and develop infrastructure financing strategies.– Identify strategic opportunities for job creation, investment, business expansion and infrastructure improvement.– Identify and engage with key stakeholders.– Make recommendations to maximize economic development outcomes.– Provide real estate and development advisory services.– Propose and assist in negotiation of terms for development and tax revenue sharing agreements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
