(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in Texarkana, TX.• Course renovation to elevate playing conditions, course aesthetics, and firm, fast putting surfaces, targeted at creating a regional–draw ('Best in Region') golf experience;• Renovation and/or expansion of practice facilities, potentially including a dedicated practice range with technology integration;• Clubhouse renovation and/or related facility improvements;• Cart path, irrigation, and drainage improvements as needed to support enhanced playing conditions and reduced long–term maintenance cost;• Maintenance facility and equipment storage improvements;• Any additional scope identified through agency ongoing capital planning process.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
