(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications, outreach, marketing, and promotional services.• The contractor is responsible for developing media plans for all state advertising projects.• Provide an in–depth evaluation of all media units/vehicles (TV, cable, radio, outdoor, print, digital, etc.) available to the state, as requested.• When requested by the state, the contractor is responsible for the development, of state agency specific website content. • The contractor may be requested to provide website maintenance, site hosting, and domain registry services. • The contractor may also be required to work with existing state agency websites or content. Work may include but is not limited to: • Refreshing current websites content and marketing messages.• Re–design and formatting of website layout and design.• Develop new or reconfigure existing websites.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
