(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual support management services to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ.– Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair coordination, preventive maintenance, and technical support services for existing audio–visual (AV) systems in classrooms, conference rooms, video immersive rooms, and selected event spaces across college locations.– Covered spaces may include:• Video–immersive and classrooms.• Standard classrooms with integrated AV technology.• Conference, board, and meeting rooms.• Selected large event spaces with permanently installed AV systems.– Supported equipment may include Cisco Webex devices, Microsoft Teams Rooms equipment, Epson projectors, PTZ cameras, microphones, audio systems, amplifiers, speakers, control systems, navigators, displays, cabling, input and output devices, and related AV components.
